WE do all the research and negotiating for you based on your specs, and act as the point of contact managing the flood of back-and-forth emails and phone calls. YOU focus on the other important aspects of your events.
Step 3 Sending Our Findings
You’ll receive a comprehensive quote recap detailing the venues that meet your specifications.
Step 4 Narrowing Down the List
Need more info on your top picks? We’ll get it for you, or feel free to contact them directly. Want to check out some of the properties first? We’ll set up the site inspection details and itinerary for you. Just let us know how you’d like to move forward!
Step 5 Signing the Contract
Once you choose a hotel for your event, we’ll obtain a contract for you, negotiate special concessions, add special clauses to protect your organization, and explain any confusing language, if necessary. Then, just sign when you’re ready!
