Send us your RFP, and voila! - you’ll receive a comprehensive quote recap detailing the venues that meet your specifications.  How soon?  As soon as you need it!  That’s the gist of it, but feel free to learn more about how the process works.

Did We Mention Our Service is FREE?

Yes, it’s true!  We earn a commission – from the hotels – based on the number of rooms actualized in your room block, so you will never see an invoice from us.  Now, you might be asking yourself, “Wouldn’t it then make sense for you to book the highest rate possible so you make more money?”  Absolutely not.  We’re not looking for a way to make some quick cash.  We want to build a long-standing relationship with our clients, so we want you to be 100% happy.

Some included services:  research all appropriate hotels or cruise lines, negotiate rates, provide area info, create comprehensive quote recap on findings, arrange site inspections, assist with contract, recommend DMCs, provide access to unbiased hotel and cruise reviews from Star Service Online.

Maintaining Your Existing Relationships

Fear not, just because you go through Current Events, Inc. doesn’t mean you’ll compromise the relationships you have with your own hotel sales contacts.  We hate break-ups.  In fact, the more (strong relationships) the merrier!  It only helps our cause.  So we’d be more than happy to go through your personal hotel contacts and/or loop in another third-party vendor.  That way, everyone gets credit. 

Why is it more advantageous to go through us, instead of going directly through your hotel sales contacts?   Because, while you might get a good rate on your own, we can get you an even better rate since we’re bringing the hotels business from multiple companies.  Think of us as having that special membership at Costco and, thus, getting spectacular bulk prices.  Plus, we've been doing this forever!
